Presidency College: Admissions into Undergraduate Programmes B.A / B.Sc
Admission to the First Year B.A./B.Sc. classes for the session 2009-2010 will be conducted as per the following schedule:
1. On-line submission of the application - 30sth May to 7th June 2009
(log on to www.presidencyadmission.net)
2. Receiving of application fee at the College Office (after on-line submission) - 2nd to 8th June 2009
(excepting Sunday and holidays)
11.30 A.M. to 3.30 P.M.
3. Admission tests to be held on 10th - 13th June 2009
4. Publication of Merit Lists
(1st list with number of qualified candidates equal to the number of seats and 2nd list with number of qualified candidates five times the number of seats) 26th June (after 3.00 P.M.)
to be displayed on the Admission Notice Boards in the Main Building, Departmental Notice Board and in the website www.presidencyadmission.net
5. Counselling and Admission
- 1st July 2009 (for B.A.)
- 2nd July 2009 (for B.Sc.)
- 3rd July 2009 (for B.Sc.)
6.Welcome address by the Principal at the Derozio Hall and Classes to start on 6th July 2009 (at 11.00 A.M.)
7. Declaration of the vacancy position 22nd July 2009 (at 3.00 P.M.)
8. Counselling and admission for vacant seats (if any) 24th August 2009 (at 11.00 A.M.)
